Terms of Service

Squadifier is a stats tracking tool for competitive BGMI squads. It is operated jointly by Tirth Jivani and Rajvee Kadchha (an unregistered venture) based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. In these terms, "Squadifier", "we", "us", and "our" refer to that venture, and "you" refers to the person or squad using the service. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

What Squadifier does

Squadifier reads end of match screenshots that you upload, extracts the numbers, applies the standard BGMI 10 point scoring system, and turns them into a shareable stats page for your squad. It is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Krafton, BGMI, or any tournament organiser.

Your account

  • You sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping access to that Google account secure.
  • You must be old enough to enter a contract and to accept these terms under Indian law.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the screenshots you upload and the details you enter.

Accuracy of stats

Stats are generated automatically from the images you provide. If you upload a wrong, blurry, or edited screenshot, the resulting stats will be wrong. Extraction is confirmed at the point of upload and there is no automatic undo, so you accept that responsibility when you upload. We do not guarantee that every extraction is perfect and we are not liable for decisions you make based on the numbers shown.

Payments

Squadifier is sold as one time tournament credits and an optional yearly plan (a one time annual charge, not auto renewing). Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Cashfree. We do not see or store your card, UPI, or bank details. Acceptable use

  • Do not upload content that is illegal, or that you do not have the right to upload.
  • Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
  • Do not use the service to harass others or to impersonate another squad or person.

We may suspend or remove access if these terms are broken.

Availability

We work to keep Squadifier available, but we provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may change, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Squadifier after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
