Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers refunds and cancellations for purchases made on Squadifier, operated by Tirth Jivani and Rajvee Kadchha, Bangalore, Karnataka, India. All prices are in Indian Rupees and payments are processed by Cashfree.

Tournament credits

Squadifier sells one time tournament credits: a single entry (₹399) and a three entry pack (₹699). A credit is spent the first time you upload a screenshot against a tournament.

  • Unused credits can be refunded within 10 days of purchase, as long as the credit has not been used to start tracking a tournament.
  • Used credits are non refundable. Once you have uploaded a screenshot against a tournament, that credit is consumed and cannot be refunded.
  • To request a refund, email support@squadifier.com and attach your Cashfree order/payment reference for the purchase. We need it to locate the payment and process the refund.

Yearly plan

The yearly plan (₹1,299) is a one time annual charge that covers every Krafton BGMI tournament for one year from the date of purchase. It does not auto renew — nothing is charged again unless you choose to buy it for the next year.

  • Unused yearly plans can be refunded within 10 days of purchase, as long as you have not yet used it to start tracking a tournament.
  • Once you have used the yearly plan to start tracking a tournament, it is non refundable for the rest of that year.
  • To request a refund, email support@squadifier.com with your Cashfree order/payment reference.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned through Cashfree to the original payment method. Once approved, refunds are typically credited within 5 to 7 business days, subject to your bank or payment provider.

Failed or duplicate payments

If you were charged but did not receive your credits or yearly plan, or you were charged twice, email us with the Cashfree reference and we will investigate and refund any incorrect charge in full.
