Privacy Policy
Last updated 3 August 2026
This policy explains what Squadifier collects and how it is used. Squadifier is operated by Tirth Jivani and Rajvee Kadchha, based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. We keep data collection to what the product actually needs.
What we collect
- Account details from Google. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and profile picture.
- Your squad data. Team name, player names and in game names, target average, logo, and similar details you enter.
- Match screenshots and the stats read from them. The images you upload and the numbers extracted from them.
- Payment records. A record that a purchase happened, the amount, and the Cashfree reference ids. We do not receive or store your card, UPI, or bank details.
What we do not do
We do not run third party analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not send marketing emails. The only cookies we set are the ones needed to keep you signed in.
Why we use it
- To sign you in and keep your account secure.
- To generate your stats and your shareable squad page.
- To process payments and honour your credits or subscription.
- To respond to support requests you send us.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the services that make Squadifier run: Google (sign in), Cashfree (payments), Anthropic (reading the numbers in your screenshots), and our hosting and database providers. Each processes data only to provide their part of the service. We do not sell your data.
Retention
We keep your account and squad data while your account is active. If you want your account and its data deleted, email us and we will remove it, except for the minimal payment records we are required to keep.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by writing to support@squadifier.com. You can also stop using the service and revoke Squadifier's access from your Google account settings.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your data, but no online service can promise perfect security. Please keep your Google account secure, since that is how you access Squadifier.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Contact us any time at support@squadifier.com.
